Geistinger Park

In the park-like grounds with a light slope, the existing detached buildings of a social facility had to be spatially untied with new single-family houses.

Four different building types ranging from terrace houses to generous bungalows were developed – all with a uniform design vocabulary in the spirit of classic modern architecture. Another characteristic element is the uniform colour and material concept, which gives give the district its own identity. In the course of the planning phase, an approved land-use plan was worked out.
