The exhibition addresses the question of the contemporary relationship between material and identity on the basis of ten projects by BEHF. Large-scale material samples represent the carefully selected material palette, chosen according to the best Viennese traditions, that gives each of BEHF’s projects its own distinct identity. A film-like collage of drawings and photographs accompanies the composition, alongside quotations from various actors whose work is both closely linked to the city of Vienna and its typical characteristics.

Under the slogan “United in Diversity“ („Vereint in Vielfalt”), the LIFE+ association / LIFE BALL in cooperation with the Schloß Schönbrunn Kultur- und Betriebsges.m.b.H has opened a special exhibition designed by BEHF Architects at the Hofmobiliendepot. For the first time, costumes and accessories from this year’s Style Bible as well as some selected exhibits from past productions are showcased.

BEHF Architects takes part in the Biennial International Architecture Exhibition ”Time Space Existence“ during the 2018 Venice Architecture Biennale.

Open to the Public: May 26 – November 25, 2018 (Preview: May 24 + 25, 2018)The exhibition documents current developments and thoughts in architecture, highlighting fundamental questions by discussing the philosophical concepts Time, Space and Existence.
BEHF Architects participates with two projects: Telegraf 7 and LLOONBASE 36. The exhibition installation takes visitors on a historical journey through architectural models, concepts, photographs and movies. It traces the factor “time” in the two listed buildings and showcases their spatial development. Simultaneously, this immersive exhibition explores the aspects of our human existence and explains the dynamic changes of human life over time within a specific space.
