On property No. 582/7, which has a size of 2184 square metres, the construction of a two-storey vacation-home is planned. The building area amounts to 103 square metres, the size of the building volume (basement-volume included) adds up to circa 1950 cubic metres. The density of the net floor ratio, calculated from the sum of the floor-space (minus basement), amounts to 0,085. The distances from the neighbouring borders add up to 7,30 metres towards east and 5,93 metres towards west.

The erection of the building is intended to be executed in mixed construction whereupon the open up walls as well as the ceilings in the basement and ground floor are supposed to be made of site concrete. The structures on the top floor as well as the roof construction are planned in lightweight construction (timber structure). The specifications regarding energy-saving heat insulation according to § 11 of the Carinthian Building Code are shown in the plan submitted to the building authority and are allotted to their respective wall structures.

The facades should be realized partly with a ventilated sheet-metal façade, partly with white plaster.

The roofing is intended as a troughed sheet roof, the drainage is achieved by eaves troughs, the disposal of rainwater is ensured by means of a drainage shaft on the property.

The water-supply will be carried out via the water pipeline which is going to be installed shortly. In case the water pipeline will not be realized, the erection of an on-property well is intended. The relevant proof will be handed in as soon as deeper knowledge of the circumstances is gained.

The disposal of sewage is carried out via an on-site communal canal which will be connected to the public net.

The hot water supply will be effected by means of an electrical storage heater, the heating of the building via an oil-burning boiler. In the course of the construction of the building a driveway featuring two parking spaces will be established.

In addition to the main-building along the shore the construction of a storage-shed with a developed space of 10 square metres is planned.
