Elegant sand tones and finest materials

Rich in natural light and green surroundings – a special atmosphere in 200 square metres. The EXIT DESIGN Paweł Sokół architects’ office deliberately took advantage of the attractive location of this Warsaw apartment. The repeated use of floor-to-ceiling glazing blurs the boundaries between the inside and outside, opening up views of the natural scenery in the middle of Poland’s modern capital city, Warsaw.

Symmetrical solutions, high-quality products and a natural palette of colours – the interior has been thought through and harmoniously coordinated right down to the smallest detail. The materials were carefully selected and sourced from all over the world, with American walnut, Italian mosaics and porcelain brass imported from Japan. The high-quality textiles and carpets create a warm atmosphere, with satin-finished marble variations providing an agreeably soft feel.

The JUNG LS 990 design icon in the Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier colour range fits in with this sensuous interior. The owners’ wish for the most advanced technology is fulfilled with the intelligent KNX building system technology from JUNG. A broad range of functions – such as air conditioning, the multi-media projector or the electric curtains – are combined and centrally managed for greater efficiency, security and comfort. The F 50 push-button sensors appeal with their homogeneous surfaces and their intuitive operation.
