This social housing project is the first phase of a total rehabilitation operation of a run down quarter in North-East Barcelona. It is formed by a group of buildings placed in a terraced system in order to overcome the strong height differences within the site. The project serves both as a border and a connection between the rest of the quarter and the mountain behind it.

The buildings themselves, with interior patios that permit the installation of service systems, comply with strict sustainability regulations such as the use of renewable energies, solar protection, cross ventilation, recycling of residues and water and more.
